1. How do Information Counter work?

The Information Counter is located in the middle of Terminal. The counter handles passenger inquiries and the reporting of emergencies. It also provides mobile phone charging device service, wheelchairs for disabled passengers, etc.

2. What if I don't have my ID card with me when taking domestic flight?

5. What documents do I need to bring with me when take a plane?

Such as ID card, Passport, National Health IC Card and Driver's license are all available.

6. How early should to get to the airport?

Check-in starts 60 minutes before the flight departs.

7. How should passengers handle personal belongings that have been identified as prohibited items during security inspection?

General prohibited items (i.e. liquid in excess of 100ml in containers, torch lighters, fruit knife and so forth) must either be disposed or check; passengers found carrying illegal prohibited items (gun, saber, drill and so forth) shall be handed over to the Aviation Police Bureau and face criminal charges.
